It is an extremely beautiful game, and the beginning section was awesome. I got a little bored towards the end of the demo, but nothing that would stop me playing further.
I would consider buying it if the warez release is heavily delayed for some reason.

they use unreal engine for DNF.. maybe the unreal warfare (2) .. cause in the begining they used quake..and then switched to unreal 1.. and i dont think they're making it next-gen (unreal 3).. unreal 2 is the best guess right now for DNF

They're using UE2x with their own custom renderer (including ps, normal mapping, hdr) and modules. Only thing that is still UE is unrealed, unrealscript, and the networking code. Everything else, except Meqon, which is the physics engine, has been written from scratch by 3D Realms.

i know you cant judge a game from static screens these days anymore, but honestly it doesn't look that great and i really cant get interested in it... now crysis on the other hand... f**k me i want that... stalker too looks atleast like it'll be interesting to play... but prey... its about 5-6 years too late to catch my attention...

Same with you (though I don't think Crysis looks THAT good - for me the gameplay seems standard fare for the most part in the videos I've seen but I'm not going to jump to conclusions - just skeptical)
I downloaded the prey demo because I was bored. It's worth it.

there isnt a leaked version and he certainly doesnt have any kind of full version.
You can make your demo do this by simply changing the game key option from 'demo' in the options. You dont impress anyone.
