well ... i have looked at this, but the problem is very simple
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cyanide\Cycling Manager 2006\Keys]
"SerialNumber"="******************************"
The problem is that each SerialNumber only allows up to 3 activations (so 3 different pc's).

"GameDir"="C:\\Program Files\\Cyanide\\Pro Cycling Manager - Saison 2006"
what is when you installed it anywhere else?? try editing the .reg file to your dir

not likely, because when starforce asks for the serial, it seems to go online for validation, if it does not get a response it will not activate

i dont think you get my point.. he said that Starforce checks online for serials, and if i would install the game offline the game would not work.. you can BUY this game and play it offline

I have a LiteOn DVD burner and I always use Suprema's for Starforce. All clones worked fine for me, not a single problem.
