"Running this on 2GB RAM, AMD 4400+ Dual Core and a 7900GT and I get drastic framerate drops at times. First level stays above 50, but on stages like the fourth one with a simple corridor and less than 10 enemies, framerate drops to 20-22 at times. Say hello to poor coding.
Same Issues.
Games dropping in performance no matter the resolution , im getting the same 20 framerates under 1200xXXX and under 640x480

If I'm taking out from the dmc3 folder the sound folder I'm getting 30 more FPS, this is just plain stupid. I've tried downloading a newer Ogg codec but that didn't helped much, I've tried uninstalling any Ogg codec I've had and the game still worked with sound so I'm guessing its nothing to do with the codecs.
I'm clueless
Maybe the "Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition-RELOADED" doesn't have the problems we're facing in "Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition EMUDVD-Unleashed" ?

I got to level 5 now, fps drops a bit i'd say to around 40-50. The first level doesnt seem as big as the others thats why.
Anyway im on a 3.2ghz p4 with a 7900gt and playing at 1600x1200 res.

I've captured for you the bin files that I've deleted from the sound folder, I've gained FPS in allot of places and didn't lost too much from the in-game sound , most of the files are oushing and clicking sounds, not a big lost.
