I don't remember that episode but it drives me nuts. I always take a good look at the shoe too. Is it an old shoe, small or big shoe, running shoe, cheap shoe, mans shoe, womens shoe, sandle. You can tell a lot about people from their shoes. By checking out this mysterious shoe you can usually tell something about the person who lost it. One thing I have noticed is woman shoes. We don't seem to lose them as nearly as often as you men.

I went out one night and I broke the little strapy on my shoe. Everybody was laughing me asking me what are you going to do now? I reached into my bag and I pulled out another pair of shoes and said " thats ok I have an extra pair" and they were like WTF, only YOU would have an extra pair of shoes. BUT even with the broken pair I never discarded them. I took them to a shoe maker and had them fixed. Very Happy

Have you ever tried the patch. My girlfriend used it and she quit. She started when she was 13. I think her motivation was that it looks unattractive for girls. Still smokes a ton of weed tho. I used to roll with a bit tobacco and she used to get SOOO pissed at me. She would yell "Why is there brown weed in here, What did you do" I was banned from rolling at her house. Very Happy

I feel like there is nothing that can stop me when I decide to stop smoking, of course there are many things that can, but I imagine that there is nothing and it feels great.

The second part!

Damn that was a heavy night, I woke up in a strangers house (she was actually pretty goodlooking) and made that post after I had staggered home at 7AM. Very Happy

It was one of those times when you say to yourself "i'm never drinking again" although you know you will. I haven't been that drunk in a long time.

Oh, My girlfriend tried the patch but she didn't have much money so she cheaped out on it. She only stick it on when she went home to her family. She has good willpower, but still it was a huge rush for her when she put it on. She still had her back-up weed tho.

Finally been to a doctor last weekend, been a little depressed for the whole week but saturday I had a full blown swing, felt like I wanted to kill someone again. As soon as I entered the doctors office he asked me if I was on speed Laughing At that moment my heart rate was 115, and my blood pressure was a little high too.

Anyway, turns out this might be a thyroid problem. I've been having this little tremor in my hands for years now. This thyroid can somehow affect my mood bigtime...

Hyperthyroidism isn't it?

Actually ya you do have most of the symptoms. There is lots they can do for that, anti-thyroid pills, beta-blockers for your speedy heart. Good thing you went to the doctor.

I doubt he's suffering from full blown hyperthyroidism, considering the symptoms he describes. Much more likely to be thyroiditis, if it's related to the thyroid at all.

I didn't mean full blown, there are different degrees of it. Nouse would know more than both of us. Very Happy

But thyroiditis causes hypothyroidism (I think) and his doctor asked him if he was on speed. He had tachycardia at 115 ( which is not huge) Hypothyroidism usually causes some form of bradycardia, no energy, weight gain.

But who knows, he has to go for a bunch of tests before they can determine anything.

Why do you think thyroiditis.?
Very Happy
