Use the self-extracting archive to unpack the
included files into your game installation
folder.
Go to
"My Documents/My Games/Titan Quest/Settings"
and edit "options.txt":
ambientFrequency = false
forceSingleProcessorMode = true
Use any serial (keygenned, RLD, Unleashed) to
play this game. Unpacking of any files won't
be necessary.
The game occasionally hangs at townportals for
some seconds, this is normal.
This package has been tested with the RELOADED
release but should work with others as well.
It was built up of parts of the following
previous fixes:
- TQFIXU2
- Update 1.08
- RELOADED crack
- parts of other information found on the net

I saw a nfo of a CD release: Titan.Quest.BWClone-Unleashed
Is it real? Did anyone try it (burned)? Does it crash as much as the other releases?

mine,with the new pc,wont show a Doctor watson error message but directly goes to the desktop! ><

And after Egypt it's Orient, you still have a bit to go.
My first character was Warfare/Storm and currently on Epic in Egypt, it's doing kind of good. There are times in which I get into a bit of trouble, but otherwise, I can hold on fine most of the time, but damn is Storm Surge a savior... Whenever I'm getting wailed at it usually triggers and everything gets stunned, leaving me enough time to wreak havoc, but otherwise, it's not that awesome of a combo so far, the summon from Warfare is good somewhat.
I have another character (still in Normal) using Rogue/Defense. It's an odd combo, granted, but so far, it's been doing kind of well. Then again, it's only Normal difficulty...
On a side note, regarding crashes; using CureROM with a mini-image I hardly ever crashed. Oddly enough I always (ALWAYS) crash just ONCE in Greece. It happened with my War/Storm twice (one from Normal and the other from Epic) and to my Rogue/Defense as well. It also already happened with my Hunter/Nature but that one still has to finish Greece so... *Shrugs*

Wait, you have Spirit and Earth Mastery? Then you've come across with the second best mastery combination in the game. The best one is Hunter/Nature but anyways, about Spirit/Earth...
I suggest you just keep buffing your Core Dweller and always make sure he's three levels above the Liche (or is it Lich? I'm tired) King.
And if you have any abilities you feel is important, (other than pets and their upgrades) just put one point in them. That goes for pet skills and upgrades aswell. Only one point ti'll the pet itself is high-max level.
Trust me, Core Dweller is needed beyond anything else in Legendary, if you buff him to high enough level. Lich King does good damage troughout Normal. In Epic he is quite worse though (unless you buff him up more than Core, which wouldn't be good). In Legendary, he's just a few additional dps (until you can level him up).
Life will be soooo much easier when Core can tank at his best. And make sure that if you're getting the top tier skills in your mastery, get the skills for your pet to atleast one level aswell. (And yes, you end up with two pets at the same time.) =)
Legendary Bosses are... harder than Epic and Normal obviously, though they aren't exactly different. They just do more damage, have more hp and obviously therefore are harder to beat. Don't expect your core dweller to tank legendary bosses, he's strong, but not that strong though. =)
There are however new bosses in Legendary, i've met three ones. But only one of them were big, and that was a big three headed Hydra. It spit fire that killed me no matter how many potions I used if I got hit. And it hit hard as hell.
The only thing I could do to kill it was to lure it to spit fire, and when it did so I shot it a few times. I got two legendary armor pieces as a result, a helmet and a breastplate.
About the Necromancer set, it'll be bad by the time you get to Epic or atleast the end middle to end of epic difficulty. You will most likely not find more than two or three pieces, and that is if you're lucky. It's a good armor set, but it can't compare to Legendary armors.
You'll see when you get there. And unless you're really unlucky, you'll find random blue equipment far better than the necromancer set as you go trough Epic. =)
And oh, if you're using staffs (which you should), you should invest atleast one point into ita specific Spirit skill, I think it's called Ternion Attack, it'll be a permanent replacement for every kind of attack you do. You won't have to get any other offensive skill, well it'd probably be good with atleast one AOE attack from the Earth Mastery tree but you can do fine with just Ternion. |

Looked like I fluked a decent combo  I'll stick some points into that staff skill Ternion attack next time I level up

Just Change the key through Registry.
Start --> Run --> type: regedit
New window will appear and you will see a file browser type on the left side.
Open up the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -->SOFTWARE -->Iron Lore -->Titan Quest
Highlight Titan Quest folder on left side, now on the right side you will see 3 Keys
(Default)
CD Key
Install Location
double click CD Key, change the key to which ever one you used before and click ok. you are now done changing keys.

the crash is related to the game itself, and mostly fixed with the 1.08 patch. the release you are talking about is the cd version of the game, which is differently copied/burned/cloned than the dvd version.

Uhm yeah I know what it is. I asked if it really exists and if someone tried it. If you read the whole thread you will see that the crashes are not only game bugs. Many people had no crashes anymore when they started the game with a certain method or tool. I just wanted to know if this version works without crashes without a special method or tool.

best combination is to use trainer and rush around naked with maxed spirit and earth summons, and yourself throwing fire bombs like mad. when you see the number of bodies flying around like that, u'll like the game !

There are tons of good combos, i dont think there is one best combo. I play defense and nature and that rocks as well. With refresh skill, you can constantly use colossal form and just wreak havoc to everything (+50% damage, 60% damage absorb, etc)
And I have to say colossal form is prolly the best looking skill if you havent seen it. Your character puts his hands up and starts growing into a giant, bigger than alot of bosses.
