Take s0me pillz n shit. Laughing

No, just doing something really tiring before the time you'd want to go to sleep at. Like run round the block a few times or something.

[21:38] <chiz***> how do you "had" aids

Very Happy

Try drinking red wine. That shit knocks me out quickly. Just let it seduce you... or you'll overcome it and stay awake Sad.

But like knives217 said. Just do soemthing very tiring. Should work.

Or warm milk. Heat up a pan of milk, put in a bit of butter (tea spoon worth FLAT) and just let it heat up. Or Boil or what not and drink it. Very Happy You can do it in a microwave faster.

Either way. Best bet is to get really tired. Hope you get some good sleep soon Smile

No. Honest. It's an old remedy my nana used to make me when I couldn't sleep. Warm milk it self is good. Will put you to sleep in no time. Butter adds a little more flavour or something (makes it sweeter). It's good. Tastes better than warm milk by it self. Other than that… warm milk is only good in porridge or some other warm milk products. Better when it’s cold, but that doesn't put you to sleep. Butter becomes a sweetening agent. And warm milk becomes easier to drink.

Puts you to sleep and doesn’t rot your taste buds.

It's not an awful mix and it works. Very Happy

I dont understand some ppl. How does warm milk help put you to sleep?
Warm milk is rancid imo
I cant stand the smell, taste, texture etc

And I dunno, liquified butter and milk sounds like warm eggnog, without the egg (or the nog?)...not to mention it also sounds like a heart attack in a glass Laughing

It may sound like a heart attack in a glass, but it's also the reason why some people get tired after eating a turkey on thanksgiving. Very Happy

It's something in the substance.

It just works. I didn’t take biology or any other further sciences so I don’t know why it works. But it does. Very Happy

And sides… it’s not like you’re going to drink it every single day so heart attack? HAH! I laugh at your chest crushing pains! MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

I love hot chocolate on cold days, esp when you drink it outside and the cup keeps your fingers warm. It a cool feeling when your hands are both hot and cold at the same time. Love it. I always sleep good after hot chocolate. I like to melt real chocolate into the milk. It is the only time I eat chocolate. I don't really like it.

The warm milk usually works, the butter thing sounds that it might work as fats will make you sleepy.

You can always spin around yourself till you feel like you're gonna throw up then fall down on the bed, i guarantee you'll be asleep in no time Laughing

Fall asleep in your own vomit! best bet is to drink your self to sleep. Same result... and you're not worried that you might bang your head on something!

Thanks

I think there is enough fat in the milk already so I don't think you need the butter. I drink skim. What does it taste like with the butter.
