Pirates.of.the.Caribbean.Dead.Mans.Chest.TELESYNC.XViD.INTERNAL.READNFO-PUKKA is the best one out there at the moment I need to say. DaNK releases is 1) nuked and 2) doesn't look as good as the PUKKA release I think.

Pukka goes off sync and in very beginning it switches from cam audio to direct. (you can hear people chattering among themselves)

Sync issues fix them selves out. You can hear faint pops in audio and sync if fine then. There are at most 4 sync faults in pukka's release. Not a big problem.

It’s watchable. Other releases run short on time so you miss a few minutes. Puka seems… complete.

Dank release isn't a TC either.

There are cigarette burns, and heads visable in one part.

It would get nuked for being a fake screener, newb. Screeners are tapes/dvds sent to reviewers and awards people 'n shit.

Not everyone here is from America, buddy. Tickets here in, CANADA, are 12 bucks a pop. For the shitty "RAINBOW" cinemas it's 4.25, but they look like shit, the seats are shit and god damn... you get better quality downloading a cam! Canadian movie chains are worth the 12 bux or more. Seats are amazing. Amazing service. And astounding quality in both audio and video.

So, skid had to go to America to watch pirates. Hahaha. That’s one expensive ticket! Hahaha. Glad you liked it. I can’t wait for the third one. Keira was very very hot in this one. Yop. I wouldn’t mind spiking her drink.

Recently Cineplex bought pretty much all the theatres around here, and got rid of cheap matinee and tuesday pricing. Now tickets to all shows pretty much cost the same.

Oh, and movies are plenty cheaper in the 'burbs compared to in the city. Many theates outside the city only charge $7 or $8. Movie tickets in NYC/LA are just as expensive Wink

Both of those links say $11, which is about $12.50 canadian. so the same price.

LOEWS 34th street, as well as the one in times square = $9.50 matinee and $11 night show... shit even the movie theatre in harlem is $10.

what are we even arguing about anyways? $10 or $11 USD = $12 CAN = same price ...

most of the movies in the suburbs are under $8 at night, so that's even cheaper than your $9.50 USD.

yes, that is true, but i also think of it that way: that same movie will be out 3-4 months later on dvd for the same price as one ticket and some nachos. but when i go to the movies, 2-3 friends go with me. so that's like $45-$60 for one movie ?!? that's friggin' much Crying or Very sad

but well, i still go to cinemas alot Razz

with snacks it will easily go up to $80

If your folks are paying, it ain't no biggie. You don't feel the money leaving your pocket. But when it's out of your own pocket... even an extra 20+ bucks can make a big difference. Sad

Not everyone gets paid 120k a year Sad 26-37 is the average Sad

I always hate how 'average income' is used in the media here to skew the amount of money that people make.

Median income is a much better indicator

Quote:
"Median income is the amount which divides the income distribution into two equal groups, half having income above that amount, and half having income below that amount.

Median individual income in Canada is about ~25K , which after adjustment for inflation is lower than it was in the 1980s. link th 25K #

You remember that old saying, 'the rich get richer and the poor get poorer'?

Well it's absolutely fucking true in Canada. Mad While the average (or mean income) has gone up considerably, it's actually a small % of people at the top getting all the money.

Sorry for the rant, and going COMPLETELY off topic, but your remark about 'average income' made me think about how much this shit pisses me off.
