Anybody that really judges someone's intelligent based on their looks you wouldn’t want anyway. haha Oakleys. I have a pair of those. My mom bought them for me. I don’t spend 280 for a stupid pair of sunglasses. My girlfriend always takes them and I wear her $10 pair. I wouldn’t say that is too funny. Sometimes I am the odd one out . Nobody seems to care.

@injurious
Someone can be sophisticated and be having a bad hair day.

I don’t know what the big deal about sophisticated women, but I am not really sophisticated so I don’t know. I do know it is really expensive. Sad

I agree, but...sadly enough, not alot of women think like you. Well, atleast the ones I meet obviously dont Laughing

Trust me I am not that good, I still do judge. I think everyone does just because they have to watch their back, plus I think it is part of human nature. I think it is wrong to dismiss someone because of first impressions but I think you have to be smart about it.

@ Inujurious
haha It is not sophisticated to fall into a pizza, or have a bad hair day, or wear glasses. Those are not good things

what the fuck is wrong with glasses? God, I fall for girls with glasses. Not those thick ones or something. But like reading glasses, or something like that. I find it hot. It builds their face. I love looking into someone’s eyes. And glasses just let me do that. I can spend a whole day with a person and just look into her eyes. Sadly, people find it freaky and weird. And I can’t really do that. That’s why I love the TTC. I can sit and just stare at people from a distance. You can tell a lot about a person by looking at his / her eyes. The way they observe their environment. The way they look away. They way they squint their eyes while they try to read a tiny print on the poster. God their noses wiggle. It’s just fucking cute!

Fuck. I love glasses.

Pizza thing = blemishes, zits, etc... I guess you never heard the expression, "he must've been hit over the face with a pizza" Pizza's are greasy and zits go on a greasy face. Very Happy

Bad hair days are good too. I love those commercials for shampoos and shit. I always like the before look. Laughing even though the after look is more appealing and has more make up, the before one is more plain.

Y’know… I’m simple minded. Very Happy I don’t judge people based upon their appearance / looks. After I get to know a person, they can turn purple and I’ll still admire them. There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s just the way I am. I know how I felt through the years of middle school / high school and I wouldn’t want anyone to go through all that emotional bull shit. Life’s meant to be a happy, joyful experience, bitches! Gotta help everyone enjoy it! I know I do. I do more for others than I do for my self, but to be honest, it’s to make myself feel happier. Very Happy

I look horrible in glasses and most guys don’t go for the glasses thing. I wear contacts when I go out. No young person uses reading glasses, that is an older person thing.

Good for you for not judging people on their appearance.

Everyone looks horrible in glasses. You just have to adjust to them and people will adjust with you. Then you end up looking not so horrible. And then you end up looking like you were before, only something has changed! And then you end up looking better than before. You just got to embrace your flaws… not hide them. Contacts hide the natural flaw. And it’s just… you end up hiding. Sad

Take out those old dusty contacts and put on your kick ass shiny spectacles and see for yourself. Wear ‘em to work! Take them to the store and what not! You’ll get extra attention wherever you go! The good kind of attention! Specs = Knowledge. Knowledge = Great Power! Great Power comes with great responsibility!

YES! I just watched spiderman!

Go to rogers.ca and check it out.

Its a digital cable box with tivo options. I have enough movies recorded...and if i could figure out how to rip the movies, it would be even better Smile

You guys know you can get a free pvr rental for two years by switching to Rogers and giving them a satellite receiver? I traded in a 5 year old DirecTV receiver that didn't even work (which is a US company) ... but they didn't even ask for it when the dude came to install the cable and shit. You could just pick one up on Ebay for next to nothing and trade it in Wink

Sad I can't really trade it in. I'm, we're, under a contract. Sad.

I might see if I can talk my pops into getting the pvr for the satelite. I think it's too 10 bux a mo.

yeah, I wouldn't trade in a good satellite reciever, since you can just throw any non-working piece of shit at them and get the special.

it's more of a promotional gimmick to get satellite subscribers to change to cable, and I guess they just bin the old recievers anyways ...

plus, you could always build your own PVR ... it doesn't seem that difficult

Mac has something called Eye TV that can do that. I though about getting but I think it is pricy. I know you can rip from it.

I just bought one of these recording DVD players. Still figuring it out.

Quote:

Product Description:
Eye TV Digital Video Recorder frees you from TV schedules. Find and track all the programming you want to see, and watch it whenever you want to. Pause live television. Skip commercials. Record your favorite shows permanently using your CD burner. EyeTV will change the way you watch television.
