telus. they have a cap too but they dont enforce it like shaw. if you reach your limit with shaw they give you a call and cut you off. with telus i have a cap of 30gb and never got a call or email, and every month im close to 100gb
Ya, I got that phone call from shaw too. (I got a warning call) I thought they were pretty good with it. I was about 120-130 for 5 months before that call. (I read somewhere they have different equipment to monitor different areas???)
I pay an extra $10 month now and get faster download (can't remember what) I get up to 130 now a month and I am sure if I go way over they will be ok with that too.
I think maybe because I also have my cable TV (3 tier) through them as well they don't bother me as much. They are getting maybe 130/month with tax (maybe gotta check)

You're a true 1337. So what do you need them for? If you just want one song. Maybe its ok with lime wire. If you're noob use bittorrent. If you know some guy with lots of stuff and good upload, ftp. If you can communicate with other people fxp boards.
But best of all. Buy software. You don't want to be a software pirate. Do you?
