Really I must say that is plain dumb. If gaining weight is what you want to achieve in a healthy way that benefits you, you gotta start exercising and eating properly.
Drinking alot of beer while eating buckets of icecream and doing nothing all day will not only shorten your lifespan and limit down your physical capacity and capabilities, but it willmake you fat in an ugly way. I am talking about man tits, a hanging belly, fat arms etc.
So what is your result? What do you achieve, you hurt your health, your physical condition and you become uglier. And for what? For extra kilo's when you step on the scale.
You wanna look good and gain weight without sports? Forget it, you need to invest in your body to see results and it's a damn shame if you're too lazy.

You know I was just joking right?
But I think the boost idea is good tho. It is healthy and it gives people the extra calories that may be needed with faster metabolisms.
