Oh - I must have misread. I wonder why they asked in the survey which one you would rather test if they only did MP. Maybe they took the one with more votes* and had that be the beta.. Who knows -- kinda bummed though. Really wanted to try the SP, ah well.

sYn, have you been playing much? Might be cool to hop onto the same server sometime. I am still learning most of the basics yet.

Ratio: yeah. Im mostly considerd by the long loadings we have with the hl2 engine. The physics are still above avarage, and its a good engine. Really looking forward to this game Smile

Imho it's only good as a multiplayer game with sowrd and sorcery thrown in, it's not good as an immersive rpg game like Oblivion for instance.

I was wondering about this game, will it be freeroam and make quests/main-quest like the old M&M-series or will it be something like a shooter with rp-elements where you just run through different levels?

What can i say about this game: i'm very impressed, and i wish to play it as fast as it possible, Source engine look's great here, i didn't see much HDR in gameplay video, but i think it is not so important.

Yes, this game looks damn good. It's really different then the previous Might and Magic games, but it still holds alot of promise. Playing as Rogue is so damn sweet.

you should try bloodlines again with the unofficial patches if you tried the official releases back then
it's really a huge improvement in playability and bugfixes - still an unoptimized engine though
but yea.. bloodlines was what deus ex 2 was supposed to be, and then some

edit: oops, replied to last post on first page.. but statement still stands
and this game looks pretty cool on gameplay aspects
seems to clearly outdo thief in stealth aspects aswell with proper backstab and ropearrows

Any of the beta-testers who can verify how the system requirements are/work/run?

Personally I dont care about lesbians. I think that you need a stone hard cock in the mix that can do some damage. Two hot chicks grindin' and suckin' is a waste imo. It's like owning a sportscar and driving under 50.

If you are able to run HL2 then you will have no problem playing Dark Messiah. It's all source engine . btw this game is a blast !
