Depends on the game. Due to a bug in CSS theres a way to get more kills that you actually have so the prize money is divided equally for the winning team.
On CSS theres 2 lots of 15 rounds.
On other games such as COD 2 the highest killer gets the cash. On yet other games such as BF2, the top three winners get the money.
Once you have winnings in your fund you can transfer it through paypal to your bank account. I've made 16 pounds so far so I can transfer 10 pounds to my bank. You can only transfer multiples of 5 pounds at a time.
Did I mention I've never actually paid any cash into prize fight as of yet. I just used the free 5 pounds that I got when I signed up.

chink is also used quite often in reference to any type of asian person
I'd say 'gook' is more of an older term, used by those who are old enough to remember Nam
