i liked pop2, but halo2 sucked in my opinion. It was only multiplayer and it was fun, but nothing you couldnt have done in halo. And the xbox version is just wrong. This game needs a mouse and keyboard (btw. weedo, it was at the big xbox thingy, where they also had live ebaying on a huge screen from time to time...). I hope single player will be better, because then i might be buying an xbox.
Stalker was nice also, and i like the trailer for the starship troopers game. Pariah looked also interesting and i got a free doom3 tshirt, which isnt also too bad either 
Saturday was pure madness btw.
There were alledgedly 50000 peeps and it was a war between the kids and the peeps with the freebies like tshirts and keychains etc. Pure madness
Another awesome thing was to watch fatality play 1on1 doom3. Wow. The guy is awesome. I saw matches of him before, but seeing it live was just plain awesome...
At the moment i m too exhausted from the whole weekend of partying with friends and running around on the gc, but there was much more cool stuff there.
The bad news is, that i didnt get a camera, so there are no photos this year. Sorry. But i bet there will be other gaming news pages with some booth babes, as there were some really cool ones around. Also alot of other cool advertisement figures like stormtroopers for the starwarsgames (imperial commando looked quite good, not that i mention it ) and two halo master chiefs =)
So in short, halo2 multi sucked, free doom3 shirts are cool

You mean this small stage with the big screen? They were playing soccer when I was there. :-/

yeah, the same area, but it was a bit at the side. There was a cue for halo two. They played it on like 10 plasma screens there...

Pariah was it at the xbox gig upstairs, because I didnt find it. And thats what I disliked at this games convention, I kinda had the impression that the games were some kinda hidden.
I mean I was at the E3 and you could see the hl2 stage from the very first moment you entered but at the gc I thought it was more about the publishers and not so much about the games, there were some publishers like activision that were advertising the games by means of huge posters but all the others microsoft, eidos, sony, nintendo nothing you had to guess where which game was being displayed, that was a bummer.

Yes I agree. Some games were really hidden. That's stupid but what can we do?The stupid laws to protect the youth are probably at least partial responsible for it. I guess I missed quite a few good games. I didn't see SC3 in playable form, I didn't see Halo 2, I didn't see Killzone, I didn't see DMC3 or RE4, I didn't see HL2, I didn't see Doom 3. (But maybe some of them were not there anyway.)
I saw Pariah at a very small booth were the developer or publisher showed the PC version on just a single PC.

well, doom3 was there, but hl2 wasnt. It was there last year though and possibly the biggest hype back then. At least for me it was
