Look, I'm totally gone check this out. It's public now. It's just the way it was taken and the way that he boasts "Ofcourse i Stole it!" that I find a bit much. But when its out its out. I got respect for the Black Mesa Source guys but I'm dyin' to see what it looks like so far.

1) Copy BMS folder in your main HL2 folder, make a shortcut for hl2.exe
2) go to proporties in the shortvut u just made, change target line into:
"X:\YOURHL2FOLDER\HL2.exe" -game bms
3) Double click the shortcut! Smile "

OK it works for me now !!
If you have the VENGEANCE do the following:
1. extract the Dms directory to X:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\User\Half-Life 2
2. add -game bms to the vengeance shortcut (it should look like this: "X:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\User\Half-Life 2\hl2.exe" -steamlocal -game bms).
PS: dont remove the -steamlocal parameter or it will not work !!`
EDIT: i cannot start a server. i always get the following messag:
CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: Map 'lambda3' bsp version 20, expecting 19
map load failed: lambda3 not found or invalid
Ok maddoxx told me that the vengeance version of HL2 is to new and this creates these error.

I have tried that. You can play some maps but there are lots for faults in the grafix and you can see red ERROR pictures in the game
