yes around 20-25, with sunny mornings, big rains about 1-3 pm, in guanacaste (where your going), for big waves you should go more central pacific(south from guanacaste following the "costanera" road) , jaco beach, palo seco, baiha ballena, if you go northern in guanacaste, for cristal waters, try tamarindo, ocotal, flamingo and junquillal, There's a really nice 3 hour walk to the Rincon de la Vieja volcano in Guancaste with termal waters (beware the snakes).

nice country. the tambor beach was great!! also Montezuma was genial! Full of nothamerican fellas!!

San José (Capital City) was too big and too messy... you needed a Taxi to go everywhere. It was damn expensive too.

Costa Rica's Justice is another matter... im still waiting for a veredict, but all i can say at this point is that they have a "banana justice" there. Perhaps if i become a favorable decision i will be with another opinion.

Syco, a work reunion means a work meeting... don't forget that im latin and my english sucks.

Glad you had a good time in Costa Rica. So you get travelling perks with your job. That is cool.

What is “Banana Justice” I know it is negitive. Do mean subject to bribes and ‘who you know’

precisly, bribes... and we don't use such ways to win a case.
either way, if we loose in first instance, there will be a second one. and there gives some international instances as well (Hague Convention).

its a good country to install a full mansion, on a virgin beach (are many). and i saw many "gringos" or people from the States, that buyed some ground properties there, building some nice mansions, avoiding any tax payment and living like a true narco. Razz

a completely Banana Republic.
