Is there a reason the RELOADED release hasn't been nuked yet?
I've installed it, copied over the crack and everything is nice and screwed up. One glance at the equipment screen ingame and you can see it's fucked up, the equipment all costs 0 and if you try to jump to another system, some of them won't let you. I noticed this problem over at the official forums, it caused by the DVD being ejected in game.
Clearly, RELOADED screwed the pooch on this one. They definately missed quite a few in game DVD checks. Do they even try the game to see if it's working, before they shovel this shit out the door?

Not the point. It's the principle of the thing. If your gonna crack something, then do it right. If you can't do it, then don't release some half baked shit. Simple as that. Nuke it, and let someone else do it right. People are wasting bandwidth downloading a non-working release.
Anyway, I think your mistaking me for someone who gives a shit about your opinion.

ofc i can complain.. Dosnt mean i get anything out of it. Satisfaction maybe cause i have waited a long time and get it and then it dont work. Dont need to be Einstein to figure out its easy to complain then.. I wouldnt wait month by month and then get the game and it dont work and then i say "Fuck it, i got it for free anyway"

Ok, I understand. Let me rephrase what I have said. Of course you can complain, there is nothing stopping you doing that - however, perhaps it is morally wrong to do so when what you are complaining about is something that is provided free and is not a service to you directly.
Anyhows, i'm getting it myself now - it works for some it appears so will wait and see. If it don't work, then i'm sure a crackfix is not too far away.....

 happy with my german release no bugs in it , looks like TAGES + SDK fucked something up in this game , becoz everyone bitch about it that they bought the US version that has bugs in it and now a patch to fix the protection problems LOL hahahahhaah
remebers me the patches from Rise & Fall from Midway - they released like 4 or 5 without any disciption what is does - but if you look closer on them they only upgrade Starforce and fix the protection bugs and compability problems that SF drivers made
WELCOME to tHE FUTURE when patches don`t fix games anymore but the protection that protects the game |

Really disappointing game compared to X3 ... its almost a clone of Freelancer too, even down to the mission selection.
The graphics also look very, erm... , flat. i cant think of a better word, sorry (before u start nforceesquely bitching i am running an ati X1800 512mb , max settings across the board)
and the awful voiceovers just add nothing to what should be a great atmospheric game.
i was looking forward to this for ages...
