I really need a tip on this one.. I use sygate for quite some time now, right now I'm using a version 5.6 build 3408, but its not that good, ends up blocking things that it wasn't suposed to and does not get any update whatsoever, the old 5.5 version was much better but again, the fact that it wasn't updated cuncerned me..

I need to know another great fireall thats also really lighweighted, some say ignitiun oupost others say zone alarm, I really want to saty out of the system rogs cough...norton...cough...ahem.. any help is apreciated.

I'm still using Kerio Peronal Firewall 2.1.5. I know it's more than just outdated and has some security issues, but it's sufficient for me. My Router does the rest.

Also search this section, we have an existing thread about this topic

Indeed... anyway I think I'll stick with sygate anyway, maybe even rollback to the old 5.5 version, just can't find one better than it.
