A terrible movie, I mean really bad. Worth watching for it's crappiness.

Never saw it so i checked Deathrace 2000 out on imdb and it stil gets a 5.8/10. I was thinking "maybe it isn't that bad" but then i started to see the cast and the names of their charachters.
How can you take a movie seriously when your charachters have names like Nero The Hero, Matilda The Hun, Frankenstein, Calamity Jane or Machine Gun Joe.
Looks ridiculous idd 
I'm going to skip it

ok my bad. i got it now. I wonder what people were thinking when it got released.
Maybe it's one of those movies that don't age well at all. Who knows, maybe in 30 years people will think Pulp Fiction is ridiculous. (yes i know, chances are it's not going to happen to pulp fiction but can't think of another movie at the moment.)

fun film in a way.. but i wouldn't want to see it again
a serious remake would rule though
by somebody like takashi miike or tarantino
someone that can see the true potential of this, like the gamedevs who turned it into carmageddon

Watch more SHIT!!!!

Oh its the video game to movie guy doing this. I have to say I was quite impressed with Resident Evil and Aliens Vs Predator. This could be good. At least Uwe Boll hasnt got his name on it!

deathrace 2000 was an awesome movie. it was MENT to be completely over the top and campy, it wasn't supposed to be serious (for crying out loud, he tosses a 'hand grenade' at the end... come on!! its a real pity when you cant enjoy films like this one... it absolutely sucks that anderson is going to ruin another franchise (well 1 movie isn't a franchise exactly, but you know what i mean. he buttfucked RE, he took a crap all over avp, and now hes going to completely mess up DR...)
i advise people not to listen to jenni (who no doubt things spider-man was a classic film) - go see death race... if you have a sense of humor, then youll enjoy the hell out of it.
