it was released yesterday, but it was only today that I had time to listen.

up until now, 01-iron_maiden-different_world and 04-iron_maiden-the_pilgrim are my favorites Very Happy

just listened to the first track, and i must say it sounds a tad soft...is the whole album like this or some tracks with harder sounds?

it's not a very hard album, but it's very good, I believe that they've tried to go back to their roots and done a pretty good job, don't forget that Iron Maiden is just heavy metal, it's soft but a very well done album IMO Smile

the early albums with bruce were pretty hard and loud, meaning the sound not the voice. listen to the albums powerslave, piece of mind, the number of the beast...just to name a few. the first track sounds too much like pop-metal imo. second track is much better though...

its not that bad, it was just the first track that sounded like "pop-metal" Very Happy the rest of the album is pretty good. not as good as the early albums though...

still, my favorite album is... THE X FACTOR. more dark! good rifs! great melodies!
