I vote number 3, thou they sure as hell don't look _that_ good with this "darkness" over all of them...(Looks good thou) They would do much better with brightness turned up a few steps.. But I guess you have some kinda theme going there..Smile

Something like this? You are right im kinda going for something a little darker.

edit: also these shots were taken at like 3 am last winter. it was a very bright evening right after a sweet snow storm.

I like no 3. There are some good photographers here.

I like the perspective, the head-on view of it. And I like the darkness on them.

Roads are cool because they always lead you somewhere <---bow to my brilliance Very Happy

Of the original 3, #3 is the best looking one.

The other two... Hmm I vote for #2 there.

Some comments on the pics,
this faded black around the sides, well it can be real neat on some pics but I think you are over using it a little bit and all pics gets too dark. It can be used effectively as said, but try using a little less of it and it might turn out better IMO.

Otherwise you seem to do a good job choosing real life pics instead of doing strange art like some people do with a What-The-Fuck-Is-That-Twitched-Thing-In-200-Colors?

The pic I like best of them all is the one thats not black&white only. Some colors that can be seen is always nice IMO. Even better would perhaps be to mix between black/white and colored person, thats pretty neat too.. Smile

i thought it was on purpose that the pictures have this bad texture thing (dont know the english) but when you showed the lighter one i knew this wasnt the case.
If your camera doesnt make nice pictures in the dark then tae them during daylight and darken them or something.
getting good pics is a matter of selecting the best, not just taking a pic and saying, this looks nice ill do something with it
