Each day and each gadget such as this.. and i get closer to wanting a 360..all i need now are a few games that are worth playing then i'll buy one

Just cause (360 is their most focused platform for this title)
Saints Row
Superman Returns (wewt)
so your saying your not into those types of games, lets see you have a rez evil type of third person action game, a gta type action game, a Unreal3 engine shooter, a driving game

Unnecessary equipment, it´s not hard to take apart your 360 and flash it without this USB contraption if you have some common sense...

lol you hit the nail on the head " lets see you have a rez evil type of third person action game, a gta type action game, a Unreal3 engine shooter, a driving game" those type appeal to kids.. im not a kid.. i want RPG's strategy..adventures.. not mindless console drones designed for 12 yr olds..
If im gonna fork out far too much money for a console.. then I want decent games.. I dont want games readily available in thier thousands on every other platform - by that i mean the games you have described..

 i didnt realise i was 'dissin' people for liking games i do not like? I was merely stating an opinion. Im sorry you were so upset by my comments. i cannot understand why though?

And maybe you should open your mind a bit? Listen to others opinions without shutting them out because you think you are above them?
Most of the time I am playing games like civ4, gal civ 2, rtw...all strategy games that are not, as you put it, for '12 yr olds.' However at the same time, I get a real kick out of playing saints row. Why? Because I am open to other types of games. I think it would be fucking boring playing the same types of games everyday without stopping to take a break and play something different.
And btw, uneducated kids usually say something is dumb without even trying it. So who is the kid here?

I can see your point Reg67 but I must say that your statement seems a little silly, the fact that there are far less "rez evil type of third person action game, a gta type action game, a Unreal3 engine shooter, a driving game" type games floating around than RPG's.. far far far less (possibly excluding racing games..).. there are millions of RPG games on the market..
Still, you are correct in saying that there is a lack of such things on the 360, the one RPG (I don't class oblivion as an RPG as such, well I do, but not the generic kind I think your talking about).. is enchanted arms.. I am a HUGE FF fan, and this game reminds me of FF8 in some ways and xenogears in others.. it is shaping up to be decent.. and seen as Microsoft hired the lead game designer behind FF7 I have a feeling the future of RPG's on the console will be huge  .. Still.. lets get back on topic!
