Out of the 3 polls, this one makes the most sense and I would much rather be deaf than blind. Living a lifetime of complete darkness is much worse than not hearing anything at all in my opinion.

If you're deaf all your life you're also mute. You wouldn't be able of any kind of conversation.
STILL i'd prefer to be deaf to being blind.

Things can be vividly described to you. Sound can be felt as vibrations hit your skin. Which is fine. But feeling the notes rather sucks when you can't hear them

blind .. being deaf .. would totally fuck me up .. I have done sensory depravation experiments .. & not being able to hear anything is far more horrible than not being able to see .. IMo
