This game is pretty frustrating, I like a game to be challenging but I'm getting stuck at every turn! Which is really stopping me from getting immersed into the plot Crying or Very sad

good thing you didnt play the first two then eh Laughing

you actually needed a guide for a puzzle in the second game, with that generator thingy to make the elevator work (at that pyramid i think) because it was so damn hard, and you couldnt see sh*t, it was way to small to figure it out (for me anyways)

to all who are/get stuck.

from main menu goto extras and click the question mark/hint button.

it takes u directly to the site where practically the whole walkthrough is sorted out in small hints.

just sit back and think for yourself and try to figure it out. lame imo to have someone else tell you where to go or what to do, takes the fun out the game. may as well just sit and watch someone else play it.

I agree and disagree at the same time, solving it yourself is good and makes fun until you're completly stuck. Then it gets annoying.
I'm doing it the same way Massive is doing, try solving it myself when I get stuck try it a 2nd and 3rd time and then consult the guide^^

Oh and btw some stuff is just dumb imho such like

i only spend like 5 mins getting stuck before i resort to help. i know the reward for finding out stuff by urself is awesome but since most people here are juggling between an education and work(or maybe that's just me... u lazy bastards grinhurt) i hardly have time to find myself pondering over one small portion of the game for an hour or so.

loving what I have played so far, much better than BS3 but of course not in the same league as 1 + 2. I hear that these guys are working on Beneath a Steel Sky 2.

i hope the storyline gets better , theres a lot of holes in the plot , E.G. the hotel , manager wont rent george a room , so george finds his own way upstairs then has to talk to the manager back downstairs about whats happening upstairs, surely the manager would be like
" how would you know? you aint allowed up there".

maybe a pointless thing to bitch about but things like that ruin games for me.

heh.. try calling the hotel once u get back to the office. the girl will be like "oh hi it's you george" but when u go back to the hotel from the office she'll be like "hi my name is.." and george will also be like "i'm george".

that isnt a plot hole stupid, its just poorly thought out. You wait till you have to use a code on a door that you werent allowed to touch but theres no problems entering a code and walking in
