Is there something with building a base and vehicles and soldiers or do you start always with a fixed number of vehicles and soldiers at every start of a mission?

In the second mission you were in a jungle and yes you could build (or order) vehicles and soldiers.

you buy soldiers, vehicles and aircraft/choppers. you get money from completing objectives.
2nd level of the demo was really good imo, cant wait for the game to be released which should be soon i hope! , play.com are showing it as instock

I agree with you that 2nd level was one of the best. ´What i am looking foward is to see wich hardware you can buy. The list has still not being released.

well tried the demo now , before the 4 gig download and i will pass this one ... act of war is way better , hate that lame voice acting and that stupid camera control
