I'm having problems with the install. Half way through it almost come to a stand still. And from there on out, it takes almost 10 mins to install the rest of the game. When its finally installed it wont start at all, just loads like crazy until I reset the PC.
I've tried both cracks (Razor and the one on my RELOADED version), but none works.

Happens for me too. It takes forever to install, pc just stalls and then I wait, wait and wait. After that it finishes (can barely do anything during the install).

Then I reboot, apply 1.1 patch from razor (installing with razor version btw).

Reboot again and the damn game won't start. Double Click on the icon to start it and it loads and loads and loads. I can't Ctrl+Alt+Del as it won't come up and so on.

Never had this problem with any game earlier.

go to start-->All programs--->AGEIA--->AGEIA PhysX System Tray Icon.(it should appear on your taskbar)
one more thing i did was setting DAEMON Tools Emulation on Safedisc.
i installed on C: instead of my other Drive D:

have a problem with installing that game, when I start the instalation and choose the directory where to install it I always got the mesage that there is not enough space and thats not true because there is more than 30GB free space, or must this game be instaled only on the C drive?
Can someone help me with that?

LATTON try this it's from official JSF forum it should work.
or make space in your C: drive much easier Smile

Click the start button and click "Run...".
Typ "regedit" (without the quotes)
Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
In the right window doubleclick "ProgramFilesDir".
The value of "ProgramFilesDir" is probably "C:\Program Files". Change this to a drive with at least of 3 GB of free space. For example, I changed it to "D:\Program Files" (Make sure sutch folder exsists).
Install the game.
After you've Installed Joint Task force change the value of "ProgramFilesDir" back to "C:\Program Files\"

Strange problem here ... .

After installing the Razor 1.1 patch I no longer have in-game text; all text boxes are empty, even in the main menu.

Reverting to the Reloaded JTF2.exe fixes the problem but also starts the game as version 1.0.

Any ideas on solving this ?

I believe i fixed the problem with the game not starting i didn´t need to unninstall any codec packs i just exclude Jtf in Nod, so you dont´t have too disable it while running the game.

I had the game working fine 1 week, then i had to format my comp.

After when i tried to install again i got the same problems as the thread started said.

And the only new program i have is NOD32... So i guesse its that who is the problem!

Havent tired it yet but im like 99% sure now after readig what you guys said.

I liked NOD32 to bad it does this... Hope its only this time and not more games.

Well i did everything the same as you said. But i cant run the game. Well its to say the game seems to run in the background and uses 100% of my CPU and only 88kB of memory, which is very little. I even uninstalled NOD32 and still no change. Im uninstalling the game now and hopefully there will be another patch(yes i installed 1.1 from Razor) soon then.
Good luck everyone trying to start the game but it didnt work for me, damn first time ever.
