All DVD versions have Tages I presume. Is there a CD version or a version with different CP ?

Tages never heard of it. What other games where protected with it? Has it ever been cracked?

Desperados 2 EU version & Fahrenheit has Tages too. As far as I know it haven't been cracked.

Both have been cracked. But there are more games with TAGÈS, some guys seems to forget it, but Championsheep Rally had TAGÈS too (With RLD crackfix with some explaining about TAGÈS).

PC: Yes. Console: No.
