Oblivion, totally. I don't go out of my way to look up games but Oblivion was in my face at every turn. Deseverdly so? Meh... just about.

Madden where I live, sold over 2 million copies in its first week. I don't follow the games scene, but I did hear lots about oblivion even though I still have little clue what it is.

Why? Don't ask me, the game was fun for 4 days and 2 hours.

Oblivion by far...a shiny piece of shit. Its like some vacant eyed beauty star stripper. It looks good, but there is nothing there worth sticking around for.

Hyped? Umm..no..I havent seen much about it anywhere until it was released, so I wouldnt call it hyped. (Its a good game btw, just need 1-2 patches..but that seems to be normal nowadays unfortunatly)

Voted oblivion. I don't follow the progress of games i'm never going to play but Oblivion was just everywhere. I remember the 30+ pages thread here on nForce BEFORE the game was released

Yup. Voted Oblivion here too, was absolutely everywhere on the web, and agree completely with teh above.
I got bored enuff to install another game to play at the same time, I was unimpressed enough not to come back from the other game even after completing and changing, I then uninstalled.
My PC was too shitty to run it at the time as well which didn't help, it was only a couple of months back I could play, and I think the anticipation added extra emphasis to the sheer blandness of it.
