it really sucks, cause i cant do nothing with the girls, just spin the camera and stuff, or change their dresses, but thats it. no touching and stuff

you have to wait,
Select a girl and location and then go back to the hotel and click on the top button until you change to day 2(maybe day 3 if needed), select the same girl again and you should see some hearts over a location, select this location and the touching starts.

You need to set your XP-language to japanese. Just go to Control Panel and then regional language thingy and then set it to japanese. Now the girls will be all WHITE and nice ^_^
