Well you can always take off, but landing is another deal =D
You can do it on your first try, as long as you dont suck supermuch!

landing a 747 is extremely tough, unless you play on easy. it's kinda hard to even find the way to the USA as you have to manually adjust the GPS and stuff. IF you arrive, you'll probably have a hard time lining up with the runway, and getting the proper speed and descent speed with a 747 so you can actually touch down without blowing up is also quite tough.

I changed my mind about the preformance, runs like shit no matter if you run everything on Medium...... And unless you fly in a desert. Try flying from london to iceland, 10fps heaven Sad . Even at 15000 feet. Even with simple clouds, really damn wierd.
Just cause looks tons better in terms of clouds, terrain, autogen trees etc, sure 2 completely different games, but why must every new FS run so bad?

- If u enjoyed any of the others in the series u will like this one
- The Missions styles are really good
- It runs like UTTER SHIT ... however its pretty normal of any FS game

Company? You just fly basically, but that brought up a good point.
Why cant you like, create a company, and get random cargo missions and such? That would be so cool Smile Like an ingame career.

any jet aircraft is pretty hard to land, but obviously the ones that weigh less are a little easier.
are you sure you want to play this game? there is nothing to do besides taking off, flying and landing.

Well, i will pretty much play the learning missions, see if my comp can take this game. and if it is fun i will probably fly and land a couple of times. AND if it is still fun i'll probably buy a joystick to make it even more fun. yes i wanna play this game since i am really into train sims/boat sims. actually any kind of simulator.

Yes its abit dissapointing that MS didnt bother adding something like this into the game. Would be great see passengers boarding the plane, cargo being loaded on. Why is the AI air traffic control the same, how about some more new planes out of the box..... This is one lazy update in all honesty. FS is released every 3yrs or so there should be a HUGE difference with new features and nice touches.

I dont wanna be totally negative i do like fsx more compared to FS2004, its got more going for it.. nicer textures and auto gen buildings are much nicer give it a much more real feel.... I just feel let down as they have been lazy.

well, with this addon boarding of the passengers takes time + you can load cargo Smile

just check their homepage. it really kept me motivated to play fs2004 *at all* Smile

let's just hope that it will come out for fsx.
