heh the guy that does the voice sounds just like Pacino  , also I love the setting, was the reason I loved VC actualy, all that gangsta crap of san andreas just sucks. |
Yeah, San Andreas`s story was a let down for anyone who hates the rap culture, I think that`s why I`m liking this more too, that, plus there`s a little variation in the killing of people with the hit zones etc.

San andreas was the worst GTA IMHO
Gfx were outdated and story was nothing special eather.... in my opinion th best GTA was vice city but still I personally think scarface is better.
(what I still don't get with scarface is why the intro level sucks so hard... gfx and gameplay are far below the rest of the game in this level)

Indeed, i almost unistalled it before finishing the tutorial level, but good thing i didnt. The games gets better and better. And the story is not so bad either. You get used to driving. Too bad you cant fly here even though you get planes (at least i think you dont, it just delivers you whereever you want but you dont actually fly it).

Most worn problems is the changement of the keys and the gamepad buttons, i tried to find the profile.ini / settings.ini or the scripts were i can adjust the settings, but i couldn't find back were it belongs not between the Documents and Settings stuff.
ANY ONE THERE FOR THE RIGHT SOLLUTION ???
p.s. there more guys who played this game above the 40 !!!!

I think they put a lot of work into the dialogues, it seems like you can talk to anyone on the street and tony always has something witty to say. Lol go to the strip club and talk to the guys standing next to it, its freaking funny. Or the mission where some Hoes are dressed up dudes and Tony has to identify which hoe is a man. Try talking to those hoes.

ya the games great but still i can't dance wtf?
i goto bablyon club hold right mouse or capslock and nothing happens.
do i need to get furhter in the game or press a certain key combo?
i just cant fucking dance and its pissing me off other then that kickass game
my pc is an old amd 2400+ 1.5gb ram and geforce 6800 i can run the game with 2x AA 4xAF all settings turned up in game and driver panel the game runs without much lag at all verry playable

i dance justfine. but i use the 360 pad.
and i like running into famous voice overs like jason mewes and tommy chong and mike rappaport.
how many voiceovers did you all notice?

i played the game for some time now. And the "dont know if your ever walking again" taunt owns when you drive someone socks off.
Its suprisingly good that they dropped the movie scenario and made tony somehow survive through divine intervention (making the gamer turn around and take out the assassin who gives tony the final blow in the movie)
Some annoyances about the check point shit but in the end quite a good game and alot of funny dialoges / oneliners. It trully captures Tony Montana and his attitude towards the world just like in the movie.

Okay, it looks like I may have solved the random lockups I was experiencing.
I turned off antialiasing and anisotropic filtering and played for hours today without a problem. Not sure if this info will help anyone else. My vid card is a Nvidia 7900 GT OC 256 MB.
It is the only game I have problems with.

finally i found this in a forum - this is how to dance
Hold "B" (you may want to be facing away from other dancers, as he'll shove at first). You will then have to keep holding the key. While doing so, you can tap the left "alt" key to do a little twirl.

i dont see why its so hard for you to dance lol....just hold the lock on button whatever that is for you. and dancing in the game is dumb. he just moves around a bit and it serves no purpose.
and if you tap shoot while holding lock on he spins around.
whoopdidoo.
