I Dont think so,
I think we need a Crack to play on Cracked servers, If they are there.

Ok.. yea a unloack everything cheat for SP is definitly needed since you can't advance in rank or anything...also seems you can't change you loadout at all.. not even items that SHOULD be unlocked.... or did anybody find a way to change the weapon loadout.. i mean just to take a defibrolator instead of the med kit for example... (as the bots apperently seem to be able to do)
another thing.. is there any way to shoot down an enemy aircraft without using an emplacement or your own aircraft?
guns don't do anything to it.. and the one rocket launcher you get as an engineer type is so slow and doesn't track so it's hard to just hit a tank that's 10 ft away when it's moving (seriously!)
single plyer mode seriously sucks right now.. only the smallest map.. only able to use (the really really sucky) default weapon loadouts... weapons can't hit crap.. even if you are on single shot hitting anything is about 70% luck and 20% distance and 10% aiming... it really seems like the game randomly decides weather you hit or not based on some chance and the general direction you are shooting at.. you can miss even if oyu are RIGHT NEXT to someone aiming steight at thier body center (aiming for the head never seems to work anyway)
i would understand if weapons are inaccurate when you do full fire standing up.. but single shot proning and you can't hit crap.. even with the SNIPER rifle ( imean yes oyu can hit.. but like i said it has little to do with aiming... i once was just pissed of an aimed in the possoit direction of where the enemy was running and i hit!.. then aim dead on when someone is standing.. and you miss.. . i you have to aim a little low anyway.. at least with that you increase your chance to hit to about 40%..
unless of course a BOT has the sniper rifle.. if they do.. they never prone.. they just run AND shoot and of course hit you 90% of the time regardless if distance.... great!
of course that could be just bause you can't unlock any other better weapons...
right now i don't think i am going to buy this game based on the SP experience..
as with BF2 (and even worse) EA/DICE decided to compleatly castrate SP to the point whene it isn't even useful for practicing...
i still like desert combat for BF1942 best.. no need to this crap.

well sort of.. the game worked fine for me until i started modding the .py files to try to get everything unlocked.. then the same thing happends.. the hame loads.. then i can click "join" but as soon as i do that the game crashes.. i tried to enable debug mode but even that doesn't seem to work...
so.. did you mod any files?

Turn off the VoiceCommand option in your ServerSettings.con
Profile.con is located Default in: ("%MyDocuments%\Battlefield 2142\Profiles\0001\ServerSettings.con")
Search for: ("GameServerSettings.setVoipEnabled 1")
Change it to: ("GameServerSettings.setVoipEnabled 0")
Save and Play!

Use demo exe then directly connect to 69.88.152.88 (running all maps, no weapon unlocks still)

I am the only one who find it strange the highest resolution available in the menu is 1024X768@60? I mean, my LCD native resolution is 1280X1024@60 for god shake! I tried changing manually the video.con file but it just reverted to 640X480..

I just tried joining a server from planethamachi.... there is only one with a green circle and when I joinded everyone lagged over 300 (me 600)... not good at all!
I know there is the demo .exe trick to play on demo server but I don't really think it's a good idea to switch binaries version with newer data and such..

I have followed the "NFO" and I still get "No EA information on this machine and it goes back to the login. I type "Razor1911" for the login and "Razor1911" for the password but it still goes back to the login? HELP!!

I tried the demo exe and it don't work for me... I only see demo server (I guess, all the same map, even in advanced) and when joining it say that server don't allow custom content..
