I have a DualCore Pentium D 930 @ 3.00GHz. Should I use C.I.A. 2 (CPU Intelligent Accelerator 2) at full throttle, or can it damage the system badly?

You'll be fine at those temps.. check it under load.. You shouldn't be exceeding more than 50/60c If you do look for a better cooling option or reduce the overclock.

You should be aware that any overclock is likely to reduce the life of your CPU, but you wont be directly damaging the CPU at good temps like the ones above.

OK then. I ran 3dmark 06 and the temp was never above 50c. Previously I scored 5867, now at full throttle, I got 6182.
btw when you say "reduce the life of your CPU", are we talking about instead of 3 years 1, or instead of 5 years 3?

They usually outlive most peoples planned next upgrade.. although you get the odd few that die suddenly.

I guess it's worth the risk.
Question is if the cpu is dead within the warranted time can they check if it was overclocked, or will they just replace it?

That's not what I asked. I asked if they can tell that the cause of death was overclocking.
