Haven't had red bull or pain killers in 2 days. And I was well relaxed. Well at first it was high. 190 / 80 103

but then they replaced batteries

they being my sister and my folks

and it got all normal. so they say. they tell me i gotta go on a diet tho. Sad

My dad didnt have high numbers like that last time i saw him at the hospital and he is sick

lol man ... you should get someone who knows what they are doing to take your blood pressure Wink why not go to a walk-in clinic?

I took an entire cardiac rehab course in school, and it took me most of the term to actually be able to take blood pressure accurately Wink

Well 190 isn't good 140 is at the top of the scale for high normal. You want to aim for 120 tho. That number is your blood pressure when you heart contracts or pump. When I was 21 I was working for a asshole boss and got mine taken after work and it was 210 and I don't remember what bottom number was.


80 is good. It is the bottom number that is the most important. That is when the heart is at rest.


And a heart rate shouldn't be 103 if you have been sitting down for awhile. Mine is 68 ATM.

What diet are you going on?

I think those machines can be pretty accurate can't they. My inlaws had one and it was pretty simple to use. You have to take 3 different reading and average them out.


I had training on those mercury ones attached to the wall. It was never part of my job so I forgot all of it.

You should start the exercise off slowly, and talk to your doctor before you start it. cardio for 20 min/3 times/week. In that picture of you in your suit you look really good. You don’t look like you need a diet.

You have a body fat of 10%. That is in the athletes zone isn’t it There is this stuff that a lot of the guys who work out allot take. Creatine, something like that. Anyway they all bulked up. Yuo get it at fitness places, and weight room gear shops. It helps build muscle. But I know for a fact that it worked for all 6 guys that used it and they didn't work out like crazy either. Just 3 times a week and did weight trainning.


If I was younger I would of went to school to become a recreational therapist. You work with people recovering from accidents. You work with them in the gym and pool.

Yeah it is, as for creatine, you need fat to turn into muscle, and I don't have *any*.. so it wouldn't work.. I would need to take protein and fat building stuff too.. not really worth it. I don't do any exercise either.. so.. yeah haha..

Workout and lose the weight. Losing weight is easy. Once you lose a few pounds, the rest will melt of easy.

Do a half hour of cardio everyday and a half hour of push up, crunches, leg lifts etc
Within a month you'll notice the difference.

And Ive found once your in shape, its hard to get outta shape. The body has memory right.

Do you sweat tho? Thats the key man, sweating. Working up a sweat asures that you get your heart rate high enough to start burning calories.

Alot of people dont realize that. Ive talked to woman who 'workout' but dont work up a sweat because they 'dont like to sweat'. Its pointless to work out unless you simply doing stretching. And even then you should be warmed up you know?

My warmup is like 1000 jumping jacks, running on the spot for 10 minutes, 10minutes of high intensity kicks and punches and various fast paced moves, 15 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes of crunches, leg lifts, 10 minutes of pushups
Then I get into either a workout (like with weights) or I start the class and start techniques and shit

Back in the day, when I was doing 8 hour classes and shit, warm up was like 3 hours long. Not really a warmup, but pure cardio and stamina building. We'd do 5000 jumping jacks and thousands of crunches, leg lifts and push ups.
Then we'd have a 5 minutes break and start training...and we'd finish off with an hour of cardio.
I used to be in awesome fuckin shape and i smoked. I wish i had the drive to get back into shape like that. Sad

My body just sucks. I got a big belly. Big ass. Big thighs. Crying or Very sad I'm in such a horrible shape right now. Sad


I eat less and less and I keep growing. I stopped drinking. Stop doing other unhealthy things. Crying or Very sad And nothing seems to work. I ran an hour the other day. Sad Worked up a neat sweat. Everything ached. The next day. NOTHING. Not even tense muscles. So I walked the stairs yesterday. Couple times. 5 floors. Step by step. And such. Worked up a nifty sweat. Almost had to crawl home. Next day. Nothing just my feet were aching. Sad Today I just walked from Sheppard to Finch n Bathurst and got home and that’s it. Sad
