Yes, the map editor is there, that is to say all the functions of the map editor is there, to get it back in we have to give it a new interface and assign groups and subgroups to buttons then assign functions to the buttons on the groups and subgroups, then add a button to the mainmenu with a reference to our new interface called "Editor" and we would have it back in.
Of course this will take some time. |

That link suggests downloading the installation files, then applying the patch, and then finally the crack. However, isn't the installation package that's hosted on those mirrors the already updated version of the game? Is the patch necessary?

I have AMD x2 4200+, x1900xt 2 gig ram...

I serious doubt it will lag on my specs below.. Weakest link, though, is the video card until the next-gen DX10 cards from Nvidia come out in 3 weeks. 
Bravo Epsilon and team on getting this.. probably the MOST anticipated RTS of 2007 (well.. C&C3 is up there too..)
