					| NO WAY! Bacon ON EVERYTHING I SAY!, YEA EVERYTHING!
Ok anchovies...some times...BUT BACON...

bacontarian - a person who supplements an otherwise normal diet with large amounts of pork!

For me it would be. BACON (CRISPY) onions, garlic, paprika, mozzarella cheese
 or Parmesan cheese

					| I like my home-made pizza the best.
I make my own dough from scratch, it is a thin crush. Like a fire oven crust.
I add herbs to my pizza sauce like oregano.
I add chopped garlic sprinkled over the sauce.
then I add a bit of chopped thinly sliced deli fresh capacholie (sp) ham (extra hot)
then I add thinly sliced diced zucchini.
then I add some thinly sliced mushrooms
 then I add some artichoke.
then I add some goat cheese. (only a little bit)
 then I add some mozza
then I add a tiny bit of orange cheese for color, sometimes some black olives.
spinach is really good on pizza as well as long as their is fresh garlic and feta/goat cheese

Then I bake the hell outta it on high to get the crust crisp.

My sister, who basically doesn’t eat anything except plain white, yellow or beige foods (and 6 cans of coke a days) loves it.

I use a bread machine to make the dough, it is really easy just takes a lot of time with the chopping of the veggies but hey that is what wine and music are for.

take out/delivery pizza hasn't been in this house in over 4 years.

					| Depends where you eat your pizza in Italy.
For example, never eat pizza's in popular places like Venice and etc... their food sucks, because they know tourists will buy food even when it sucks.
I ate pizza in Venice and it sucked, although when I ate a pizza in a residential regular area it so pwned! it was the best pizza I've ever ate.
Tourists always get the shit, that's why you should go eat when all the regular people eat.

					| O I agree .. for a real taste of local cuisine .. you have to actually get into family kitchens .. eat with people, cook with people in there own homes, that’s the ultimate IMO .. I spent some time in Milan & Bologna .. fantastic part of the world .. I have some Italian blood & it was bubbling the whole time I was there .. I still feel Italian wine is the best I have ever had the privilege of tasting .. each time an Italian friend comes by they bring some Italian wine with them .. megga | X_Dror wrote: | | Depends where you eat your pizza in Italy.

					| @chin up
Spinach is excellent in a pizza.

 @everybody else:

 My dream pizza would have:

 - Lots of Garlic and oregano in the sauce ~~~ no meat ~~~~
 - red peppers (chopped fine)
 - mushrooms (chopped fine)
 - onions (tiny bit)
 - spinach (chopped fine)
 -zucchini (chopped fine)
 - artichokes (cut up and drained)
 -goat cheese (grated, not much)
 - mozza cheese on top (grated)
 - tiny bit of orange cheese (grated)

I would only use a bit of all the ingredients because they are veggies. Veggies loose water into the dough and make the pizza mushy.

If I used frozen spinach I would squeeze all the water out before I used it. You want a dry spinach if you use it.

I love pizza .... Esp in the morning.

					| I like a nice big veggie pizza with a thick crust. Lots of cheese. Fresh mushroom. Onions. Peppers. All the good veggies that'll taste good on a pizza without the olives. I dislike olives very much.
