Hi guys, Recently I bought a widescreen 19'' monitor for my system. I was wondering if the GeForce 6800 128mb can support two monitors ? My other screen would be an analog one and the plug is free behind the card. Is it possible or it's clearly impossible and you really need a dual dvi display graphic card. thanks alot. Tom.

How many outputs does your card have? Unless its a really odd 6800 it should be 2.. If so, you can attach 2 monitors.. No problem at all.

Two, One DVI(used) and one analog (free)

should be fine, just plug the monitors in and activate DualView in the NVIDIA options..

also thinking of doing this... I have a 19" Widescreen and a spare 15" TFT that Im trying to fix. thinking of connecting them both to the 7900GT... Is it possible to have the 15" TFT (my 2nd monitor) displaying Windows Media Player all the time while the Main monitor is displaying a Web site / Microsoft Word / the Desktop etc etc??? Yes but only some players have the ability to go full screen on a secondary monitor..
