Well, the assholes around here have some annoying ass firecrackers. It whistles loudly and then makes a big bang. And I swear, they must light like 5 at a time cause you here nothing but 5 loud pops, then silence, then 5 loud pops...they drive me fuckin crazy  |
Oh those are screechers. I used to sell contrabann firecrackers to the kids at school. I made some good money off it. We used to redesign them too. Stick them in glass bottles and blow things up. Take them apart and make them bigger. My dad showed me how to make a pipe bomb in grade 9. Not something I would want to teach my kids. He brough some dynomight home too once. Very interesting. I got to learn all about blasting caps.
The really loud ones are shaped like a mini Tp roll with a wick outta the top. Bit more pricy. |

I dont know what kind of firecrackers they are. All I know is its the one where you hammer down one side of it, stick it into the ground and light the other side...and the explosion makes a nice size crater.
I watched em do it a few weeks ago...they must have bought a shit load of fire crackers during Canada Day... |

I am not sure what exact kind they are but the hole can't be that big. I know if you stick dynomight (1 of them) in the ground and light it the hole it makes isn't that big. Then you stick 2 or 3 tubes in there and light those. I saw them do it with tree roots on a job sight. That is why it makes me question the size of the hole.

I dont know much about firecrackers and explosives so I cant say what they are using.
Dynamite...i wouildnt mind lighting a stick of it and throwing it off into a lake, once in my life.

no joke at all. at least here, like in all civilized -and culturized- world, dynamit fishing is a serious crime.
and i was just expressing my feelings about it.
and yes, its well knowed that arabs decendants and turks -generic word used here for describing arabs decendants- like to fish with dynamit, smashing in the way all the lake bottom, destroying everything alive down there... it was common in past decades, and -i would say- practiced only by arab decendants...

I eat fish I catch when I go fishing.
I just dont eat fish all the time. Like i wont go to a resturant and order fish.
I dont mind fish, its just not something i prefer. Like i said, I'll eat it if i catch it or if someone cooks it for me...but i wont order it or make it myself or anything.
I cant stand the smell of fish cooking either |

I smell the fish before I buy it. It never has a fishy smell if you buy it fresh the day you are going to make it and check the package date. I live on the coast so it might be fresher.
I thought you never ate fish.

I dont really eat fish.
Like maybe once or twice a year. I go fishing at my cottage in the summer and sometimes I'll keep a few of the fish and my uncle will fry em up.
Or I'll have dinner with someone and they will cook fish. Im not gunna be rude and turn my nose up at it.
I just dont really like fish. The smell is just...nasty to me |

You can always do the sneaky dinner guest thing and fake that you are eating the food. Usually people don't notice .

naw, if you get caught it looks really bad. Like you didnt have the balls to eat the food or be honest with the person who cooked/served it.
I usually only get served fish when im on a dinner date with someone new and they dont know me that well. Its not like i cant eat fish, i can eat it, i just dont like it. I suck it up and eat it. Then later, i'll drop a hint about not liking fish in a casual way so they dont feel bad.
Anyone who knows me knows to cook something along with the fish if im eating.
I do like tuna and sardines and anchovis tho. I dont like fish as my meal tho you know? I'd rather have a steak or pork chop or chicken breast you know? Im a simple guy when it comes to the food i eat...very basic stuff. If a girl wants to get to me by cookin, roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy is the way to go...with some italian bread, butter and hot sauce for the beef.
Ive only had one woman make that for me the first time we had dinner together. And it was a very long time ago. The first tine ny friend jackie cooked me dinner, when we were like 18 or 19, she made me roast beef and mashed potatoes...awesome meal, she's a decent cook...well, used to be
