Dunno about that.
I feel short when I walk in my school or stand in the subway. Maybe shorter people don't go into busses

yeah, but being well built doesnt mean Im taller
5'8 is 5'8 you know? whether im in good shape or not. Im not really in shape tho. I train a few times a week but i rarely do the cardio anymore. Cant be bothered. I have good fighting stamina...I dont need to be able to run a mile anymore...i have nothing and no one to run from

?
Its something to strive for man. If you worked at it everyday, an hour of cardio (not jogging, but like jumping jacks and running on the spot and high intensity shadow boxing) and even a half an hour of leg lifts, crunches, side crunches, body lifts etc, you'd have ripped abs by march.
It doesnt take that much effort to build your stomach. You just have to do the right excercises and lots of cardio.
I think Im gunna start Monday after work. Getting my abs back in shape. Im inspired now

Not really. The average male height is about 5'10 I think. |
I thought it was 5'9, i guess it went up.

I wish I could do that. I might try. Don't want to get caught working out tho. It’s so embarrassing.

OMG don’t worry about working out in public. Serious people who are there to really get something outta working out have a lot of respect for someone (even if that person is really heavy) who is committed. I see tons of overweight people workout twice as hard as some skinny minni.
When I work out hard I sweat a lot. I am wet all down the front and back. This fat girl asked me one day in a really snotty and loud (so everyone heard) “Aren’t you,.. like... embarrassed to be sweating like that, it is so gross” I asked her “Don’t you sweat when you work out?” and she goes “No”. I then told her, Then you are doing nothing but wasting your time here and taking space up on equipment. That shut her up.
You could do your cardio at the gym and do situps, crunches, push ups at home.
I don’t do stairs/stair machines I get tendonitis in my achillies. Does your school have a gym?

What do you mean get caught working out?
a) who cares if someone see's you working out? Your doing something for yourself that makes you feel better and improves your quality of life.
b) work out in your room. You dont need a ton of space to do jumping jacks and running on the spot and crunches and shit man.
I workout in my basement. I push the couch over and do my thing. I dont go to a gym or anything. I dont think gym's are practical. Any muscle I want to build I can do it in the comfort of my own home either through natural workouts or i'll pick up the weights i have
