that'd be a first, because the trailer has audio dialogue, and all previous gta games have had audio dialogue including lcs, are you sure that for, say, the german release, all dialogue is in english, but with german subtitles? id be surprised...

Ripped it down to 850mb. Plays flawlessly no lag at 222mhz using Devhook. The game is pretty much more of the same, I doubt I will play it through. But still a decent game if you still like this sort of thing.

gta is an antisocial game...so we must support the developers by pirating the game in all forms!!!!

Am I the only one not fascinated by GTA anymore?
I loved GTA 3 and Vice City, but when San Andreas came out I only played it half through and dropped it then... I don't know, somehow it felt too big.
Then I got Liberty City Stories for the PSP, but only played a bit unitl it bored me. And now I tried this, but lost interest after about 10 minutes...
Somehow the games are all the same, and it gets too repetetive for me. GTA games are not bad, but I fail to see any improvement other than size of the cities.
Also I don't find it any fun to drive 3 minutes around only to start a mission, and when you fail you've got to do go there again, this is no quality time to me.
I really liked this games, but now I am more interested in linear games which keep up the tension and have more quality time, even if that means only 10 hours of playing.
Just my 2 cents...

yeah i agree. the gta games used to be very clever and creative, but now it just seems like they are trying to make a game thats as over the top in every way thats possible just to appeal to the immature little moron teens who think that sort of crap is 'cool' n shit (a f**king sex game in gta:sa for crying out loud... thats just pathetic, i dont care if it wasnt enabled, somewhere along the line, those in charge said YEAH GREAT IDEA!!...). vcs just wasnt clever.. i liked the main character and thats about it, BUT, ill still continue playing them because i do love the game from a technical side.

The Stories series of GTA is nothing more than a cash cow for Rock Star and they are milking the franchise with it real good. But to be honest i don't care, the games are still fun for me to play, and i never expected anything real new in LCS and VCS, well a new story of course but no real innovations. You are right though on that stupid driving to a mission if you have failed, that is really really annoying.
But has anyone noticed increased loading times with the VCS UMD and much more loading sceens than with LCS, a bit annoying too.
