the reloaded version includ a no dvd-crack so no need for a loader. But then a patch will be out and if the crack wont work then I have no reson why the loader woudent work.

Well, what if reloaded included a normal image and not a clone? The loader wont work then...could someone confirm this?

tehn jsut get the clone version and use teh reloded crack on it, becurs taht will work.

if in-game autpatch is the only patching way, i don't think it would touch the .exe file, so 1.01 patched one wouldn't require the new cracked one. - just my penny Razz

No use in getting reloaded version since you can´t play the game with the patch. Tried it and it didn´t work. Guess some games are better cloned.

Multiplayer seems to work fine, was playing on a few servers...unfortunaltly it forces you to a new area whenever the party leader zones.

They really need to patch it so that its like old NWN and you arnt tied to others actions in the game.

ugh, game is fun and all but the performance really kills it... either they thought they were being generous when they released the recommended requirements or a patch is needed.

Turn the shadows completely off, even low shadows setting drops fps to hell, so turning them off made game pretty smooth for me.

thats how i set it before i even started playing, i read about performance issues beforehand and yeah... set them to off. :/

Games pretty good, companions have personalities and I like the two i've met so far. Performance does kill it...and the camera is so slow and sluggish its annoying.

The game is ok, but I am kinda unhappy with it. I guess it's my own fault for not reading the description fully. I looked over the class list and saw assassin. My eyes lit up like a childs on christmas. So I decided to play a rogue. Later I find out that death attack doesnt actually kill them. It just paralyzes them. What a rip off. Also it's required that the target be out of combat. So you can't use it multiple times per encounter because you companions will keep them in combat. I hope someone mods the game to make it like 3.5 rules where death attack actually kills them on a failed save and also can be used as long as the target us unaware of you. As I said at the start it's an ok game. The performance issues dont really bug me I just turned down some settings and it was ok and still looked pretty good. I hate the camera though.

You can change the camera speed in the options menu or you can perform a "quick" camera change while pressing the middle mouse button, try it.

game rocks as hell, bought it yesterday ... some games need to be bought.

I would have to install alcohol first to uninstall it Very Happy It has never been on my system either...

And for the record, I have never been able to get procyon (or similar) to work with any game.

I'll just wait for a crack or some sorts to decide to buy it or not (damn this month of good releases, so may choises, so little money)

Game works great here, can even play multiplayer! But, I'm going to buy it as it's definitely worth it IMO. I held onto my money with Gothic 3, and I'm glad I did as it runs like absolute shit (have a pretty good rig) but this game is my savior for RPG's this year, no doubt about it.

Get the latest version of Daemon-tools, and the latest SPTD update (1.35). Then enable all emulation options and retry loader.

If it was meant for me, let me say that I have got it working.

For some reason, using procyon.exe with the latest DTools (all options off) works now for me, when it didn't work the numerous times before. All I did was turn off "auto insert notice" and change the version number of my virtual drive from 1.00 to 2.00.
But whatever, it works and I like it...

Off to the shops now Smile

btw performance is acceptable, with shadows off. No bugs found yet, am about to start my journey to neverwinter. Only thing I find difficult to get used to is the camera control, still need to work that out.

Sounds like you got blindwrite or Alcohol 120% installed.
