Can anyone tell me if COD3 includes the new dashboard update? I've been holding off updating so far (modded firmware), but if this has it anyway there's no reason not to just go for it...

It may if you have not ran the fall update. I ran it on mine and everything still works as it should. I haven't upgrade my firmware, still running v3.2 and I'm good here.
