They dont have to give you a fast speed downloads, if you think that 8kb/s is slow, then what would you do if the speed would be like 0.1 KB/s huh? Nothing to bitch about. Just use the download manager and multithread if supported.

Well obviously if they want to keep customers they do have to offer a decent download speed. I mean that's what's called customer service.
Besides I got an email off them just now. They said they would pass it onto the webmasters. Lo and behold, they've increased the speeds of their servers. I get 200k/sec.
