All that food in your fridge would last me a week except for the grapefruit. ICK! Oranges FTW

Go for the lazy way to make bread Pistol.
That's what I have. Although all my bread we have in the house isn't made by it. We seem to go through so much that I do have to buy it in too.

I've only read the OP, so if this has already been mentioned - you can skullfuck me later.
Why don't you take a photo of yourself, and take another after a week. Continue to do so, then superimpose them on each other with latest picture on the top. Then you can work it all out!

I know why and all that. it's just bull shit! You put time and effort into something and you expect results and what do you get? NOTHING!
PoorLeno, I thought of that Right now I'm looking at an old isight picture I took long ago. And looking at one as of three days ago. Only thing I can notice is that I have a beard then and no beard now

You shouldn't be so worried about it imho...
I have the opposite problem, I eat normal meals (sandwiches, pizzas, noodles etc.) like every 2 - 3 hours and I can't really gain weight. But I don't really care anymore either...
Well anyways, you should figure out why you are doing it...
Are you doing it for the girls?
If you say you do it for yourself, why do you think it would make you feel better? What would be different in your life..

I'm partly I’m doing it for the girls. Wanna get back on the market and look appealing. Y'know. Not like some jolly fat guy, y’know, but like some not so jolly fat guy.
Mostly it's for me. Kinda. I don't really like my current chubby appearance so I wanna change it into something less chubby. And sort of stop some jokes I hear a lot.
What would be different? My clothes will actually hang, rather than stick. And I won't have a big problem looking at my self in the mirror. And the insulting jokes about my uber fatness will stop. And that’s good. Getting rid of the negativities in the world around me so only tivities that will remain will be positive which in the end will make my mood more happier
Hehehehe. I’m so selfish.

Well, I hope you reach your goals then.
Btw. it's more fun beating up the people that make jokes too + it's exercise
Ofc I don't know the feeling about the clothes and stuff, but I can understand, well anyways good luck and don't give up! Sometimes it's hard sometimes not, as long as you don't do it as most American's that go to McD and order a large menu with... here it comes.... Diet Coke!! xD
A gym would be a good idea and if you don't like gyms maybe you have a friend who knows something about fitness training and has some equipment in his basement.

Oh yeah, heavy boots reminds me, I heard if jogging is too easy you can use ankle weights, but as the name says they are not so good for your ankles. Or weighted clothing.
No snow yet here in germany... Won't be a white christmas I guess
