I'm sorry mate, if even after all you said and expressed towards her didn't work, then you should realy forget her.
I know that such ideas as a tatoo with her name on sound legitimate and romantic for you right now, but actualy that's just further humiliation and misery for you.
I realy recommend you to forget her and move on, otherwise you'll get obssesed with her and she'll continue ignoring you and playing stupid.

If someone tattoo'ed my name on themselves I would be really pissed off at them, they have no right to that.

I'm trying to teach you from my own experience.. ( I have a very similar story of my own from my past).
If she doesnt want you now, then she won't anytime in the future. I'm sorry but that's how it's...
The other worst mistake I can warn you from is if she offers you to "just be friends", never agree to that, being a friend of someone you love is hell on earth.
You can try further to win her heart, but remember that after a certain ammount of failures you'll need to give up. Just cut the contact with her and avoid her at school.

Hey... Ask her.. Probably she got her reasons.
If other girls are interested in you, then go out with them and eventualy you'll forget you love her.
