I crapped my pants yesterday when i say like 30 Fable boxes, so when i took one and was about to pay the clerk said it was just pre-order boxes without the pre-order sticker to it... goddamnit

Gamespot > IGN
IGN are such kiss asses, they give 9.0's+ like they are candy. Gamespot is one of the hardest reviewers and rarely give out high scores unless the game deserves them...
BTW, an 8.6 from Gamespot is like a 9.5 on IGN, they are that hard... just look at the list of 9.0+ games on gamespot, its not that long...

I didn't mean just the scores... if you actually read through them they all say the same thing.
Sure Fable is a great game, but it is not the game we were expecting. There were many dropped ideas and compromises to get the game out, it's almost like it's a different game.
Sure what Fable is now might be good, but it is not what we were initially expecting because of the game details that we were fed all this time.
For me personally, what we got was not what I was excited about. :\

Pfft 10 hours or so to complete the entire game (extra's and all), railed world and good and evil paths are almost identical... I'll still play it but I would enjoy a Drakan 3 (1&2 were so good) over it anyday...

10 hours if you rush through it. It'll take me about 25 because I like taking my time. That is about the ideal amount of time in my opinion for this type of RPG.
