Quote: | Another new feature substantially improving both workflow and raw performance is Live Filters, which effectively brings the dynamic editing features of Layer Styles to Filters. The pixel radius of a Gaussian Blur, for example, can be adjusted long after it has been applied with just a single mouse click. |
finally!

ER! Can't it already do everything possible as it stands.
I suspect bloatware. Will this play my DVD's?

nope
they've been dodging around filter layers for several versions now, always promising it in the next version and never deliver
i'm a bit sceptical here aswell, but i hope it's true
every single piece of video editing and effects software have always had filterlayers
perspective layers would be one good feature aswell.. they tackled that with a 'hack' with their fancy 'vanishing point', which was bullshit
i'd rather see proper realtime photoshop/after effects integration rather than any video features that they speak of there, but fine

Quote: | Here is how to crack Photoshop CS3 and get rid of the trial period:
1) Complete the installation as usual
2) Go to \Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\AMT
3) Rename the file called application.sif to something else, like application.sif_ |

Yep, question is if this functionality should have just been added in a patch rather then in a new version.
