Ive had no problems with amazon.co.uk first class service every time - maybe im just lucky?

never had any probs with citylink, i prefer dhl though.

had to rma a laptop once and they were really cool

I think I misunderstood the question - If you are talking about Delivery services, I do not think you have a choice.. Amazon may use DHL (I forget) another company may use UPS or Citylink.. you dont have a choice which parcel delivery service they use.
