Hi,

This release has a bad audio sync, no?
In the beginning it ain't bad, but when we go further down the movie, the audio is really out of sync.

Anyone who can confirm?

full screen, as in cropped Sad

SOAP was filmed in 2.35:1 (the widest in that picture), but this dvd crops it to 1.33:1, so you lose about half the image ...

because some people don't like to see black bars on the top and bottom of the picture when viewing a widescreen movie on a regular television. Wink

I personally hate fullscreen ... imagine all the work to frame the shot correctly, and then some studio comes along and chops it up. Plus, the movement of pan-and-scan drives me apeshit...

anyways, more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pan_and_scan

yeah, for sure Smile

BTW, the scene standard is that a fullscreen release isn't allowed after a widescreen release (but of course the other way around is fine)...

So even the scene knows fullscreen is fucking bullshit for ignorant jerks Very Happy
