Some guy warned that the 1.02 patch activates fade
"Warning, 1.2 Activates fade, u cant hit anything anymore, accuracy is completley fucked. (Tested with Czech versions with dodgey key's)"
anybody know this is true?

so the new patch makes you miss shots if you dont have legit key?sp or mp or both?
X6800 Core Duo wasted within a shite DFI 975x/g,
2GB OCZ PC8000 XTC XE, X1900 Crossfire(have my own powerstation), Audigy 2, Z680 5.1

I've only played SP so far and its totally fine, shots are dead on target.

Hi
downloaded the German version of the game and demon tools and YASU software.
Mount the game on demon tools and ran YASU, but my computer lock's after YASU is run.
Is there a betterway of getting this game working.

Easiest way to solve all protection related problems is to just buy the game, means you can get and use patches on the day of release and you wont run into problems with fade etc.
35 euro's and you can be playing a 100% legit version in a matter of minutes. ArmA is imho one of the few games released this year worth the money.

Yes, but as the game isnt released in English yet many people here don't want to buy it.

I did find new serial key that lets install of 1.02 work, it out there somewhere.

How To German ArmA v.
1. Install Daemon Tools v4.08 and enable all emulation
2. Install ArmA.
3. Install ArmA patch v1.01
4. Install the 6thSense English language patch v0.7
5. Unrar the ArmA fixed image into the game installation folder normally \Program files\ Bohemia Interactive. Doesn’t matter.
6. Start Daemon Tools and mount the ArmA.mds file.
7. Unrar AlkiSecuROM.rar in C:\Program files and create a Shortcut of the .exe
8. Start AlkiSecuROM.exe, find the ArmA.exe in the game Installation folder

For me 1.02 runs fine with just Yasu though the physical dvd drive is always unplugged due to being external and having a power switch.
(Uses one of those cases you put external drives into, think they are called sledges and it's easy to upgrade the drive this way)
Hope the serial works with the english version when it's released but for now the 1.02 with the 0.9 translation works fine.
(Game is demanding though but still very good though i'm not that skilled with simulators)

Do you mean you don't have any bullet dispersion ?
