Propably because of this, but "TrackMania" without any booster backs, extension or nothing in 2003 didn't have it Smile

Thought Sunrise was the third sequel, but seems I remembered first was the beta/demo version I played in 2003 and second was the 2004 scene release on TrackMania, because I hadn't played those new enviroments before Smile

for people having problems starting the game with xp sp2 ,just set compatibility mode to win98/me, works like a charm.

i was unable to play at first, game wouldn't even start, just a blank screen...

That's very funny, after installing the game for the second time, it starts up here without dvd like some other people ( without crack of course ) and now i have games with latest starforce and the protection is very bad as it doesn't work at all sometimes and just bypasses it. That protection stays very very wierd. it generates the masterkey but when changing some important values ( for generating the masterkey ) it still works. After all that updates and new drivers that protection stays so buggy, pro or light, it doesn't matter whatever they use. Must be hard to crack a game with that kind of buggy copy protection Wink

You are an idiot. It's not a bug, it's a new starfore version that only checks disk every 6 days or so, after time expires you gotta put in a dvd and you get another 6 days without a disk. It's an awesome feature if you buy a game.

This has nothing to do with starting up the game for the first time Rolling Eyes And with the other install i had to put my dvd into my dvd drive every time i started it up. Not only once in six days. Awesome new feature huh ... Of course i removed the regs before installing the 2nd time.

I know this may sound a bit stupid, but does anyone know if the Reloaded's version is the DVD Retail or the Metaboli Download version made up to a DVD? Or can someone tell me the File Name of the UPDATE used in the fix?

It's retail DVD, otherwise it would be nuked

Is it like in first TM that you have to get all gold to unlock more extreme levels? Have now all silver in race and only one extreme (finished it also), was hoping I'd at least get another one, but no Smile

Some screens if anybody's interested. 1920x1200, everything high except no AA and background set to medium. I'm very impressed by how this game looks. At 1920x1200 and this motion blur I can definitely live without AA. It very rarely drops below 30 fps. I played Trackmania Nations for a while and after playing this it's super fun to be able to play like 6 or 7 different styles of racing games. Some are soooo sooo fast it's crazy.






edit* forgot to list my specs. I'm running this on a Dell M1710 with an overclocked 7900gtx, 2 gigs of ram, and a Core duo at 2.00ghz.

It looks so ugly with motion blur, and it's also barely playable...
